Many churches have resource directories, both paper and online, that they are already using. We have received three recommendations for online resources from churches and pass them along here:
Designed for direct use by individuals to find help based on zip code.
Designed for use by organizations but can be used by individuals to find help based on zip-code.
Pieces Guide
Part of Pieces Connect, a fee based case management system. The Pieces Guide is free, based on zip-code.
We suggest that Ambassadors try out each resource App to find the one they are most comfortable with.
